Why These Packages Packages Process FAQ ← Back to Website
Audit Packages

See your position before you commit to anything.

Four fixed-scope engagements for entrepreneurs and individuals who want clarity on their cross-border tax exposure, their residency and citizenship options, or both — before any structure, jurisdiction, or program is put in motion.

We automate what speed requires — because we understand entrepreneurs need pace. But the judgment behind every engagement remains handcrafted, case by case.

Why These Packages Exist

We don't sell the jurisdiction. We sell clarity first.

In a world this complicated, no structure holds up if it's built before the full picture is understood.

VIDERION Capital may advise on company formation, residency, or citizenship — but never as a starting point on its own. We do not recommend any corporate jurisdiction, citizenship, or residency program without a full assessment of your situation first. Our view is simple: you cannot build a structure that holds up in this complicated world without first understanding, in detail, where you actually stand and what you're trying to achieve.

Before anything is put in motion, we examine the complete picture — every cross-border tax exposure you carry today, every obligation that already exists regardless of what you decide next, and every option that is genuinely available given your actual position.

Every recommendation that follows is built around your own wishes and long-term strategy, not a template applied regardless of circumstance. These packages are how we deliver that first, essential step — scoped and priced clearly, before any larger engagement begins.

Assessment First
No jurisdiction, structure, or program is recommended before the full picture is understood.
Obligation vs. Option
We separate what must be addressed from what is simply available to you.
Built Around You
Every plan follows your own goals and time horizon — never a fixed template.
What Must Be Done
The risks and obligations that already exist — regardless of what you decide next.
What Can Be Done
The legitimate range of options genuinely available, given your actual position.

The Process

What happens after you request services.

01
Request
Submit your request with just your name and email address. That's all we need to begin.
02
Compliance Review
We send you a compliance review form to complete, in line with the regulatory requirements of the United Arab Emirates.
03
Acceptance, Engagement Letter & Invoice
Once we've reviewed and accepted your compliance form, we confirm final scope and pricing, then send the engagement letter and invoice.
04
Signature & Payment
You sign the engagement letter and settle the invoice by wire transfer.
05
Detailed Intake
We send a detailed information form to capture your current situation in full. If anything is unclear, or you'd simply prefer to talk it through, a call can be arranged at this stage.
06
Assessment
We complete the analysis. Timing depends on the package chosen, and typically ranges from 5 to 20 working days from the completed intake.
07
Delivery Call
A dedicated call upon delivery to discuss the findings in detail and work through what a next step would look like.
On the compliance review: this takes place before any invoice is issued. If we are unable to proceed following this review, no payment will have been made and no further action is required. In the very rare case a compliance concern arises after payment, VIDERION Capital reserves the right to decline to continue even if the Engagement Letter has been signed and payment received, provided work has not yet started. In that case, any funds paid will be returned in full.
On pricing: during the compliance review, we may identify that the actual volume of work required differs from what a package assumes. If so, we will contact you directly to explain why, and any adjustment to price is subject to your approval before work begins.
Frequently Asked

Before you request.

What information do you need to submit a request?+

Just your name and email address, to begin. Everything else is collected securely through the compliance review and detailed intake forms that follow.

What happens if you decide not to proceed after the compliance review?+

Since the compliance review happens before any invoice is issued, no payment will have been made, and no further action is required. In the very rare case a concern arises after payment — even after the Engagement Letter has been signed — VIDERION Capital reserves the right to decline to continue, provided work has not yet started, and any funds paid would be returned in full.

Can the price change after I submit my request?+

The listed price assumes a typical scope. If the compliance review shows the actual volume of work differs, we'll contact you to explain why — any adjustment is always subject to your approval before work begins.

Is wealth or inheritance planning included?+

Only within the Residency & Citizenship & Taxation & Generational Planning package. It is not part of the other three, and can otherwise be addressed as a separate engagement.

Can I upgrade to a more complete package later?+

Yes. The difference in price is charged, and no work already completed is repeated.

How long does an assessment take?+

Timing depends on the package chosen, and typically ranges from 5 to 20 working days from the completed intake, depending on the complexity of your position.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Wire transfer only, at present. The invoice is sent together with the engagement letter, once the compliance review is accepted.

Is this a one-time engagement, or does it lead to ongoing advisory?+

Each package is a fixed-scope, one-time engagement. Ongoing advisory, structuring, and implementation are separate engagements, discussed once your assessment is complete.
